I loved being on this diet - because it never felt like a diet at all. In fact, I was eating more than I usually eat. Did I manage to lose 9 pounds every 11 days? Yes, I did. I couldn’t believe how fast I was losing. It was great having a waist again, and being able to buy smart new clothes. I just love clothes shopping now.

My ratings for the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet are:

Practicality: 2. Excellent. Very easy to follow.

Food Choices: 2. Again, excellent. I love the Diet Generator - I could print out my shopping list, and had everything I needed ready. No fiddling, or thought needed. Great! I'm busy, and I've failed at many diets because I just couldn't find the time to follow them.

Satisfaction: 2. I was never hungry, at all.

Support: 2. Lots of materials with the diet, best was the Diet Generator, that saves so much time and makes dieting so easy.

Weight Lost: 2. 30 pounds in just over a month. I still have another 60 pounds to lose.

Donna’s Fat Loss 4 Idiots update

It’s now almost two YEARS since I discovered Fat Loss 4 Idiots. I had 60 pounds to lose, and while I lost the first 30 quickly, it took me almost three months to lose the final 30. I was so thrilled that I could do everything I’d been longing to do - I actually ran in my first triathalon, for example - that I wasn’t as focused on weight loss as I might have been.

Now that time has passed, I’m even more thrilled with the Fat Loss 4 Idiots program - it changed my life.
